We’re excited to announce that our project partner, Eindhoven University of Technology, will present the publication, “Monolithic 40-nm Tuneable InP Laser with Asymmetric Mach-Zehnder Interferometer,” at the IEEE Photonics Conference, which will be held from 10-14 November 2024 in Rome, Italy.
📄 In this work, the team showcases the performance of a monolithic InP-based tuneable laser featuring two ring resonators and an asymmetric Mach-Zehnder filter. The laser achieves ~40 nm tuneability in the C-band with an intrinsic linewidth of <100 kHz at >40 mA SOA current. The Side-Mode Suppression Ratio (SMSR) remains between 20−40 dB throughout tuning.
